Talk about quality of character and integrity!! In 20 years, I will still think about the On-It team and feel gratitude, appreciation and admiration. Good people doing good things to help others in crisis…through the entire process, their motivation remained purely about helping me out of crisis. We had the misfortune of breaking down on the Alaska Highway about 35 minutes west of Watson Lake, YT. Our 34 ft. motorhome was unable to be driven. We were fortunate enough to have AAA contact On-It Towing and dispatch them from Fort Nelson, BC. That’s a six hour drive ONE WAY! Kyle and Jeremy were at the disabled RV at midnight ready to tow it. They were so extremely hard working and diligent. We followed the tow vehicle and when we arrived in Fort Nelson, two more individuals assisted in getting the motorhome off the tow bed. Incredible! I highly recommend this company for your towing needs. I’ll also be contacting AAA to let them know what an honorable business they are to work with. Thank you!
