This is the best towing service in the Northern Rockies, possibly all of BC and the Yukon. They are family owned and really care about their customers. When you are stranded in the wilderness it’s nice to be rescued by people who value honesty and integrity above all else. I will be forever grateful to Wally and Kyle for their help and professionalism. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Have called them twice, once for a key locked in a vehicle and recently to get towed out of a snowbank. Both times they were helpful and professional at a good price. I would definitely recommend them.

Talk about quality of character and integrity!! In 20 years, I will still think about the On-It team and feel gratitude, appreciation and admiration. Good people doing good things to help others in crisis…through the entire process, their motivation remained purely about helping me out of crisis. Truly some of the best human beings that have ever walked this earth!!!

Great operation run by locals who look out for those of us who run the north. These guys are your best bet along the alcan for heavy wreckers and smaller equipment too. If you ask nicely, they'll even do load adjustments in their yard for those of us not looking for tickets in Watson lake.

We had the misfortune of breaking down on the Alaska Highway about 35 minutes west of Watson Lake, YT. Our 34 ft. motorhome was unable to be driven. We were fortunate enough to have AAA contact On-It Towing and dispatch them from Fort Nelson, BC. That’s a six hour drive ONE WAY! Kyle and Jeremy were at the disabled RV at midnight ready to tow it. They were so extremely hard working and diligent. We followed the tow vehicle and when we arrived in Fort Nelson, two more individuals assisted in getting the motorhome off the tow bed. Incredible! I highly recommend this company for your towing needs. I’ll also be contacting AAA to let them know what an honorable business they are to work with. Thank you!
